Booking & Deposits

• A $20 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• “Non-transferable” means if you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, the deposit cannot be applied to a different date or service.

Late Arrivals

• If you are 10 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be applied.
• If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Canceling your appointment within 24 hours or not showing up will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued once the service is completed.

Powder Brow Pricing

• The price of a powder brow touch-up will increase if it is scheduled more than 10 weeks after your initial session.
